If you are working and have used your welder or brazer certification on the job prior to the date your certification expired, the date you last welded or brazed on the job must be used to submit verification of continuity by the employer.  Welder and/or brazer continuity forms may be accepted after the date of expiration of certification if the form has been filled out correctly by the company representative responsible for being aware that the welder/brazer performed the welding/brazing process is verified. Once a welder or brazer obtains verification of continuity from the employer it is the responsibility of the welder and/or brazer to submit verification of their continuity to maintain current welder/brazer certifications.

If you are not employed and must perform manual continuity to keep your certification(s) current, manual continuity must be performed and accepted prior to the date your certification(s) expire(s).  Please contact Kevin Campbell to schedule a time to perform your manual verification of continuity.  Please try to avoid emergencies!
