UA Welding Test & Continuity Sign Up 

UA welding test events are held on Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  
 

Please fill out the form below to reserve your spot.  After filling out this form, you will receive a confirmation email.  Hold on to the confirmation email for your records.
 

On the day of the exam you must bring your UA card and ID to the test.  You will not be allowed to test if you do not have these with you.
