Join us this year for 'The Sixth Sense: Transforming Jobsite Dynamics with Emotional Intelligence' with Dr. Veronica Estrada. This seminar focuses on emotional intelligence, equipping leaders in the construction industry to recognize and understand the emotions of their team, even when those feelings are not openly expressed. Emotional intelligence allows leaders to be attuned to subtle cues, navigate varying personalities, and foster stronger relationships. This vital skill enhances a leader’s ability to resolve conflict, promote harmony, and alleviate stress within the high-pressure construction environment.
