Loyd E. Williams was a Business Agent and Business Manager for Local 393 for 30 years. His commitment to training was the driving force behind the creation of the exceptional facility that is the Pipe Trades Training Center. Loyd was a courageous and steadfast advocate of working people and the union way. His vision and initiative placed Local 393 and Pipe Trades Training Center at the forefront of Silicon Valley and the union movement. That vision, his uncompromising core values and his advocacy for those less fortunate is his lasting legacy.
