CONTRACTOR SURVEY

This survey is designed to gather feedback from contractors on the performance of Pipe Trades Training Center (PTTC) apprentices and the effectiveness of the apprenticeship program. Your responses help us evaluate how well apprentices are prepared for the field, identify areas for improvement in training, and strengthen communication and support.

Your input directly informs program updates and ensures we continue to meet the needs of our contractors and the industry.
